Abortion Laws Blocked in Two States

Two courts in two different states throwing out laws that would have limited abortions.

FOX’s Eben Brown has more from Miami:

A federal judge in Tallahassee is blocking a law in Florida that would have ended public funding to women’s health clinics, like Planned Parenthood, even for services provided other than pregnancy termination, things such as birth control, HIV testing and cancer screening.

It comes as a federal court in Indiana throws out a law making it illegal to abort a baby diagnosed in-utero with genetic disease like down syndrome or basing a decision to abort on the baby’s gender or race.
