Happy Hour Playset Joke Causes a Stir on Social Media

A toy company has to explain someone else’s joke to concerned customers.

    FOX’s Chris Foster reports:

Toddlers may hit the bottle from time to time, but not this kind: A “Fisher-Price Happy Hour Playset” is being advertised on Instagram, with a picture showing three little kids at a pretend bar, with one playing bartender and the others holding what look like plastic beer bottles.

It’s a joke, created by the artist and advertising executive Adam Padilla. But people complained.

And the company responds on Twitter, the product is not endorsed, produced or approved by Fisher-Price, although they appreciate the suggestions and love of the brand.

‘Saturday Night Live’ did a fake commercial last week, about Fisher-Price toys for ‘Sensitive Boys’, like a wishing well to stare into.

Whom wants this for Xmas? ??
